Definition
An AI agent is an AI system that takes a goal, plans the steps, uses tools such as search, APIs or a browser, and keeps working until the task is done, rather than replying once like a chatbot.
Why it matters for your business: agents are starting to research, compare and buy for your customers, so your site has to work for them too.
